At Singing Turtle Counselling, I offer compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally grounded counselling for individuals, youth, couples, and families. As an MSW clinician, I believe healing happens through safe relationships, community connection, cultural understanding, and spaces where people feel supported without judgement.\n\nMy approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I work alongside clients to explore challenges with care, honesty, and encouragement while recognizing the impact of life experiences, relationships, intergenerational patterns, trauma, and systemic barriers. I value creating an environment where people feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered in their healing journey. I am guided by holistic and First Nations-informed values, I recognize the importance of identity, culture, spirituality, family, and community in wellness and resilience. I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, self-esteem, and personal growth. I believe counselling should feel human, supportive and a space where you do not have to carry everything alone. My hope is that clients leave sessions feeling understood, encouraged, and more connected to themselves, their strengths, and their path forward.
